(Three-year period for third-level European qualification)
The three-year program in Clothing and Home Textiles Operator – TAILORING is aimed at young people (aged 14-18) with the right and duty to education and training. After passing the final exam, a Level III EQF (European Qualification Framework) professional qualification certificate is issued.
The Clothing Operator intervenes, at an executive level, in the clothing production process by creating sketches and patterns, performing cutting operations, assembling, and packaging tailored products. They may work in clothing workshops or factories, tailoring shops, cutting labs, and clothing retail outlets. With experience in the sector, the Operator may take on roles of greater responsibility, such as pattern maker, lab manager, or clothing department manager.
